I prepare Medicaid and Medicare cost reports for skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospice agencies in multiple states, including Ohio, Indiana, and Massachusetts. I also provide organizations with operational opportunities as well as lead the Ohio Certificate of Need practice by assisting clients with preparing their applications.
With 25 years of experience in the senior care sphere, I’ve had the opportunity to serve our clients in various consulting roles, including assisting with financial modeling for clients looking to reposition their campuses, providing operational strategies, and assisting clients in optimizing reimbursement opportunities.
My clients appreciate that I provide an organized approach in our work together, especially in the complex world of senior living and post-acute care. I was drawn to this career in part because of the opportunity to work with clients and assist in addressing their pain points. My colleagues know me for my “athleticism” in serving these clients.
I recently spoke at the Leading Age Annual Conference about the Ohio reimbursement update and current skilled nursing trends. My bachelor’s degree is in accounting from Ohio University.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including traveling and boating.
