As a leader in our wealth management practice, I specialize in helping people achieve their financial goals through investment and risk management, tax and estate planning, charitable giving strategies, and retirement planning. My clients appreciate that I care about them and their personal well-being and that I work very hard on their behalf.
I started my career here at Plante Moran, moved to Chicago to be closer to family, and started my own wealth management firm. After seven years, my growing business needed scale and more great people, and through conversations with my Plante Moran colleagues, I found an incredible opportunity to merge my practice back into the firm. Around the office, colleagues know me for my thoughtfulness, my diligence, and my passion for offering the very best service to our clients. I love to help people, and this firm — and our great team — allows me to do my best work for clients every day.
I’m often asked to contribute to articles in industry publications and speak at conferences. I enjoy sharing my knowledge about serving the next generation of wealth, utilizing industry leading technology, and customizing advice to each client in a holistic manner as their personal CFO. I also provide pro bono financial planning for those just getting started or those in need.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy playing golf, coaching my kids’ sports teams, serving in my church and the community, and having a good dinner out with my wife.
