Rebecca Potts

As a leader in our SEC practice, I primarily assist public companies with SEC filings, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary public offerings (SPOs), reverse mergers, and complex financing transactions. In addition, in my work with biotechnology and life sciences organizations, I specialize in advising executives, so they can stay on the cutting edge of the bioscience industry regulations, trends, and financial best practices. I also have expertise in debt and equity financing transactions.

My goal is to provide clients with a pleasant audit experience, and where they see significant value working with our firm based on our trusted business advisor mindset.

With more than 15 years of experience, I regularly speak to clients and boards on industry hot topics and best practices. I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs and I sit on the finance committee of the Colorado BioScience Association, an organization I am heavily involved with. I received a B.S. in business administration from Colorado State University. I’ve been nominated to Denver’s “40 Under 40” list.

Our three kids keep me and my husband busy outside of work. You can often find us in the mountains or at the pool. I also enjoy running and playing golf — when I can find the time.
