Michael Foster

I provide business, tax, and accounting solutions to real estate and education clients throughout the United States. I help clients minimize their tax exposure in order to run their organizations more efficiently. I consult with real estate managers, owners, and developers on real estate investment funds, REITs, financial statement audits, and partnership/LLC tax solutions.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, including time as an interim CFO for a school district, I bring value to my education clients on financial statement audits for school districts and charter schools.

I’m proud of my ability to provide creative and practical solutions to my clients’ business and tax challenges. I’m also proud of how I’ve worked with other partners at the firm to provide growth and development opportunities for future leaders in these industries.

I’m a frequent presenter to clients and their boards on current events impacting their organizations, including minimizing income taxes, cost containment, and revenue enhancement. I belong to the AICPA, the Michigan Association of CPAs, the MSBO, the and CMSBO. I have a bachelor’s in accounting from Michigan State University.

Outside of work, I’m focused on my family. I also enjoy playing golf with friends.
