I specialize in internal control documentation, assessment, and auditing, as well as system and organization controls (SOC) audits, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance, and internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing. My clients range from middle-market to large publicly traded companies in a wide variety of industries, including data centers, managed services, software-as-a-service (SaaS), infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), high-tech, application service providers, third-party administrators, manufacturing, financial services, and trust administrators.
In the risk and compliance world, a “one-size-fits-all” approach is rarely the best approach. That’s why I take a collaborative approach when structuring a project framework for a client. As a result of this, my clients often proactively reach out to me when they need guidance due to a change or a challenge.
I’m a 2018 graduate of Impact Denver; Impact Denver is a leadership program facilitated by the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation that helps up-and-coming professionals gain the knowledge, networking skills, and experience to enhance their impact in the community.
I belong to the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ISACA. I’m on the planning committee for the Denver, Colorado chapter of the IIA Annual Leadership Conference. I have a B.S. in accounting from Louisiana State University and a concentration in internal audit from the LSU Center for Internal Auditing.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and three young children and raising chickens in my backyard.
