As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, and Living Forward (PMLF), Jonathan brings 14 years of construction and development experience in healthcare to the program management team. As a program manager and owner’s representative, Jonathan helps clients plan and manage their large construction, renovation, and expansion programs to ensure budget and schedule goals are met.
Jonathan is always focused on helping clients and project teams make decisions for the greater good of the project. His greatest accomplishment is completing his first new hospital. This brought Jonathan to the realization that any great accomplishment takes a team of dedicated individuals to achieve. He comes to work every day to create something bigger than himself, as every new healthcare project is an opportunity to help build a structure that can help people for many years to come.
Jonathan joins PMR/PMLF from Robins & Morton, a privately held construction firm in the southeast United States, where he was a project manager in the healthcare sector responsible for overseeing projects ranging from $30 million to $220 million. Prior to Robins & Morton, he spent five years at DeMaria as a project manager in the Novi and Detroit offices.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, where he majored in construction management.
