Led by Senior Vice President Adam Burgess, PMR’s tenant representation team analyzed existing facilities and greenfield opportunities in multiple states for the headquarters location. After PMR uncovered and presented the most feasible options for expansion, Safeguard Medical selected a greenfield investment in a premier corporate park just a few miles away from Charlotte, NC.
The new facility will be approximately 160,000 square feet and will employ up to as many as 225 employees. Located in The Park – Huntersville, Safeguard Medical will have direct access to the I-77 freeway. Employees will have access to fitness centers, on-site daycare, a summer farmer’s market, weekly food trucks, outdoor dining areas, and a significant number of other amenities. The new build signifies Safeguard Medical’s long-term commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, providing outstanding customer service, and continuing to grow its portfolio of EMS products and services.
